More than 1 million flowers had to be visited by bees to create this bottle of pure natural honey wine with an exceptional sweet-sour taste and fruity-honey aroma.

It is made using a special technology of controlled cold fermentation from the best types of Czech honey.

The very first taste will surprise you, as it turns out that the sharp taste of black currant is very nicely rounded off by honey. This type of Mead can be considered a real elixir for its high content of vitamins (especially vit. C), antioxidants, natural dyes and other biologically active substances. It is a very suitable drink for anyone who has a warm relationship with the consumption of grape wines, as this type of mead abounds in light acidity.

Mead is an alcoholic beverage fermented from honey and water, with possibility of addition of other ingredients such as spices or herbs or in combination with fruit juices.

Melomel

Melomel is a fruit mead with is fermented from honey and fruit juices.

Production process

This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.
