Unique mead made with only local ingredients from around the village of Čeladná. It is fermented from local flower honey, blueberry juice from local forests and juicy sour cherries.
More than 1 million flowers had to be visited by bees to create this bottle of fruit-herb mead wine with an impressive slightly sweet-sour-bitter taste of honey, blueberries and Beskydy herbs. The cold fermentation method preserves all the substances contained in the honey.
The drink is made from the best types of Czech honey using controlled cold fermentation technology, so natural bioactive substances are preserved in the mead.

Production process
This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.
