This honey wine was made from Czech single-species forest honey without heat stress, therefore the natural occurrence of organic substances from honey is preserved in the drink and enriched with bouquet substances from the fermentation process. From the first sip, it impresses as a special delicacy with its aroma of honeycombs and the taste of forest honey. It will leave a long and pleasant experience that will captivate you.

Warning: The product does not contain synthetic dyes, flavors, preservatives, sulfur compounds, flavor modifiers or aromas. It is not added and does not contain beet sugar. Store in a cool, dark place.

Mead is an alcoholic beverage fermented from honey and water, with possibility of addition of other ingredients such as spices or herbs or in combination with fruit juices.

Classical mead

Classical mead is made by fermenting honey and water without any other ingrediences. It keeps its original honey flavour and taste.

Production process

This mead was made cold. This means that during its production, the honey was not heated above 40-45 °C, which is the normal temperature in nature to which honey is resistant. At higher temperatures, some precious components of honey can be damaged and degraded. Cold-made mead is the best choice.

The producer is the holder of the prestigious "Zlatá Salima" award for the production of honey wines.
